Founded in 1997, based on its own strength it has invested in constructing TianJin MeiJin Steel Pipe Co., Ltd and Tianjin Binhai Tiancheng Petroleum Drilling Equipment &Material Co., Ltd. Production capacity is about 200thousand tons per year.
